Arabel Alva Rosales, JD, is CEO and president of AAR & Assocs., Ltd., boasts more than 10 years in the technology industry, with work in software and telecom. She is co-founder and principal of Latino Fashion Week and founder of non-profit, Pivoting in Heels. 

There’s a Spanish saying, “women look prettier when they’re quiet” but, Arabel proves that you’re more beautiful when you use your distinct voice to make a positive impact.
